The Barn is close to centres of historical interest, retail outlets and walking distance from local facilities for evening wining and dining. For example, The Barn is less than five minutes walk from Pendle Heritage Centre, a beautiful park with an adventure playground, river and lake; there's country walking nearby, along with plenty of wildlife including deer and a wide variety of birds; shops selling high quality food and sandwiches; boutique shops, hairdressers and nail bar; super pubs, English, Indian and Italian restaurants, and excellent take-aways for the evenings. There are lots of things to do within a few minutes drive, including shopping at the Boundary Mill, Barden Mill and Ossie Mill (all retail outlet centres which offer big label bargains), historic places such as Gawthorpe Hall, Towneley Hall, the Brontés museum and attractions at Haworth, Earby Mining Museum, the Pendle Witch trail and Queen Street Mill. year old, listed barn, which has been converted with integrity and a
love of old buildings by the owners. The barn is attached to the
original farmhouse of Dam Head Farm, and is set in open gardens.

latest is a brand new garden studio which accommodates 2 people but
also is big enough for a pull out bed. This garden studio double
room has an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette for those who prefer
some independence. Blacksmith’s Cottage offers the best in
self-contained accommodation. Split over two floors this rural gem
is full of exposed beams and wonderful character. On the ground
floor is a beautifully appointed lounge with log burner and fully
fitted dining kitchen. A solid oak staircase leads to a gallery
landing with two double rooms sharing one bathroom with walk in
shower. In all, the property accommodates 10-16 people. There is a

This house is an 18th century tithe barn, a mixture of old and new,
exemplified by the huge old beams, comfy sofas and flat-screen TV in the
guest sitting room. The hosts do everything they can to make you feel at
home, and much of the food is grown in the garden or made at home. The
