For example, The Barn is less than five minutes walk from Pendle Heritage Centre, a beautiful park with an adventure playground, river and lake; there's country walking nearby, along with plenty of wildlife including deer and a wide variety of birds; shops selling high quality food and sandwiches; boutique shops, hairdressers and nail bar; super pubs, English, Indian and Italian restaurants, and excellent take-aways for the evenings. There are lots of things to do within a few minutes drive, including shopping at the Boundary Mill, Barden Mill and Ossie Mill (all retail outlet centres which offer big label bargains), historic places such as Gawthorpe Hall, Towneley Hall, the Brontés museum and attractions at Haworth, Earby Mining Museum, the Pendle Witch trail and Queen Street Mill. This house is an 18th century tithe barn, a mixture of old and new,
